We are looking to appoint an exceptional professional who will join a highly successful, enthusiastic and talented Expressive Arts team and work with us to inspire our students. The role will involve teaching Music alongside the Team Leader for Expressive Arts who is a Music specialist. It would be suitable for either an NQT or a more experienced teacher who is looking to develop in an inspirational school.
Our Expressive Arts team are passionate and dynamic and thrive on collaboration. As a staff body, we are well resourced and dedicated to developing the full potential of our students. The successful candidate will be someone who is innovative and committed to moving learning forward in an exciting and active way. Music is a popular choice at GCSE and A Level; our results are impressive, and our curriculum is enriched with regular performance opportunities.
Debden Park High School is a heavily oversubscribed Academy that Ofsted judged to be Outstanding in January 2017. We constantly achieve outstanding outcomes for our students. Our new Sixth Form opened in September 2015 and moved into its own building in September 2016. The Sixth Form currently has 150 students in it.
