Are you an enthusiastic Music teacher who wants to make a difference to the outcomes for young people? If so we have just the opportunity for you at The Farnborough Academy.

The Farnborough Academy is part of the Trent Academies Group, an emerging multi-academy trust, based in Nottingham. Our aim is to support schools and academies in providing outstanding education for their pupils. In our Group we work together, share staff, join up expertise, build on each other’s strengths, pool resources and combine facilities, so that everybody, staff and pupils, gets the chance to shine and achieve their best.

We are seeking to appoint motivating and dedicated teacher of Music who will have the ability to inspire young people to develop their creative talents. The ideal candidate will be able to operate within a forward thinking Expressive Arts faculty and be focused on developing exciting and engaging learning experiences for students across the 11-16 age range.

We are happy to hear from experienced and newly qualified teachers. The important thing is that you have a passion for teaching and will be able to make an impact that will be felt across the academy.

The Group offers a full induction programme, excellent preparation for the next stage of your career and a rich menu of extra-curricular activities. We are fully committed to fostering a love of learning in all pupils and in ensuring that ‘Everyone is given the chance to shine brightly.’
