Job overview
A well-qualified, motivated and inspiring Teacher of Music is required to join a highly successful, enthusiastic and talented team.
The successful candidate would be expected to teach both individual and class lessons across all age groups including GCSE and A Level.
They should be an enthusiastic contributor to the development of our existing outwardly facing initiatives such as ‘North Shropshire Music’ – a Centre of musical excellence and have a keen interest in developing other community based projects.
They must possess excellent keyboard skills and being an accomplished and dynamic woodwind teacher could be an advantage. This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate, NQT or an experienced teacher to join a thriving and highly motivated Department.
2018 - 2019 marks an important stage in the school's development as we commence the building of the Holroyd Community Theatre, which will raise the profile of the school as a regional centre for the Creative and Performing Arts.

About Moreton Hall
Located in the town of Oswestry, Shropshire, Moreton Hall is an all-through school with a Sixth Form for pupils between the ages of 3 and 18. The school was founded in 1913 in an Elizabethan manor house. Boys are accepted up to Year 8.
Values and vision
