Taipei European School welcomes applicants for the above post, to take up the position in the British Primary Section of Taipei European School in August 2020.

We are looking for candidates whose dynamism, commitment, energy, professional expertise and experience qualify them to take on this exciting and challenging role. The successful candidate will be academically able, an excellent Music teacher, an excellent communicator, capable of giving effective and inspiring leadership to staff, and will fully understand the commitment required of all staff in our busy and complex school.

The Post

Teachers at Taipei European School make the education of their pupils their first concern, and are accountable for achieving the highest possible standards in work and conduct. Teachers at Taipei European School act with honestyand integrity; have strong subject knowledge, keep their knowledge and skills as teachers up-to-date and are self-critical; forge positive professional relationships; and work with parents in the best interests of their pupils. The Primary Music Teacher will work within the Music Department in the British Primary Section to develop the subject area of responsibility throughout the primary section. The Primary Music Specialist will have a high knowledge and understanding of the subject and keep abreast of changes and developments in the subject from the U.K and internationally.
