Budapest British International School (BBIS) is a COBIS accredited school and an IB candidate school, seeking an exceptional, innovative Performing Arts teacher with a passion for drama, and is a drama specialist, for the following full time position, in our growing school, which will open its new Secondary school in August 2020:

BBIS is located in Buda, the leafy side of Budapest, and has 210 students and 40 staff representing many different nationalities.
Successful candidates should have knowledge and experience of international school systems, including first-hand teaching experience of the IB, and enjoy leading and working in a collaborative, digitally and creatively-focused environment. They must hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher with a recognised teaching qualification and be an active learner excited about pioneering leading-edge learning and creativity. They must demonstrate compatibility with the IB philosophy and a commitment to meet the demands of an innovative and expanding school.
BBIS is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and will check the suitability of staff to work with children. Applicants must be willing to undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check and overseas police checks (where necessary).
