Job overview

This role represents an exciting opportunity to establish The Scholars Programme in Wales. Over the past six months we have been setting up our first year of provision in Wales for the 2016/17 academic year, which we are now ready to launch in Autumn as part of a collaboration with Cardiff University and the Seren Network.

The National Manager for Wales will have a pivotal role in developing our relationships and programme delivery, which we hope to establish as a long-term opportunity to support schools and universities in Wales.

For this position we are looking for driven and dynamic individuals with either teaching experience within the UK school system or a doctoral qualification from a HEI. As well as a strong knowledge-base and skill-set, the role will demand high standards in terms of output and a real openness to feedback and professional development. In return, the person taking on the role will have a great opportunity to join a vibrant, high performing team of university access professionals and support our work with talented young people.

Please email your CV and a one-page covering letter to recruitment@thebrilliantclub.org
