This role is an opportunity to progress your career to the next level, providing senior level technical support for the school’s data and voice services and assisting in managing our infrastructure.
You will have a solid understanding of ICT and broad experience of diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues. You will also have excellent communication and customer skills with the ability to effectively support users, both staff and students, and deal calmly with stressful situations. A strong interest in education is key for this role as is the ability to work on your own initiative, but still to be flexible and participate as a member of the team. An MCSA in Windows 10 is highly desirable.
