We are looking for an experienced, capable and effective Network Manager to lead our hardworking IT technical team. Candidates with previous network and IT experience are welcomed and previous work within an educational setting would be desirable. The ability to communicate with a wide variety of people is essential.
The successful applicant will be:
Dynamic and forward thinking to ensure the ICT team is providing an effective service to the school and have an understanding of how ICT fits in to educational needs.
An expert on a range of ICT technologies both hardware and software
Confident and knowledgeable to lead on and implement where needed new processes and technical support on all aspects of ICT
Responsible for financial planning for the ICT service to meet the school’s strategic vision and needs.
Experienced in managing a team of technicians and providing technical guidance and support where required.
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic team player to join our successful school as we seek to develop and strengthen our IT provision.

Benton Park School is a mixed, mainstream, non-denominational school located in Rawton, Leeds. The school has a sixth form and admits students aged 11-18.
Benton Park School was founded in 1838 by Joseph Riley. It was built on the grounds of the old Benton Park house. It was demolished in 1957 but rebuilt by Sir John Burnet, Tait and Partners in the late 1950s.
