  • Allow you access to permanent posts that may not be advertised externally
  • Give advice on which posts are suitable for NQTs
  • We have a great understanding of the needs of NQTs and which schools you are best suited to and which will ensure the completion of your induction year.
  • We will give you background information on the school you are applying to work at

If for whatever reason you haven't secured a permanent position for September yet, or would like to start off your teaching career on supply below is a list of reasons why Vision for Education are the best agency around for NQT's

Guaranteed Pay Scheme

We guarantee you a minimum of three days' supply work, and if we don't get you work, we pay you anyway! There is no catch to this - we just get to have the best teachers, and also guarantee our teachers an income.

CPD

Vision offer a package of free CPD courses ran by serving Headteachers to support your professional development. You are welcome to attend all CPD free of charge for courses held across the region.

School Contracts

Vision do not charge schools or colleges that we work with a fee to transfer you onto a contract directly, therefore a large number of current NQT's secure permanent contracts by working through us.

NQT Induction Period

Vision will work to support you through your NQT induction period by working with our partner schools to support you in securing long term assignments to support the induction process.

SEN Branch

Vision have a dedicated Special Educational Needs division, so please let us know if you would like to talk to one of our SEN Consultants about work in your area if you come in to register. We provide a tailored SEN training programme for people looking to move into this field with courses such as Team Teach, Moving and Handling and Autism Awareness Level 1 and 2 all provided free of charge.

Times Educational Supplement

Vision are the supply arm of the Times Educational Supplement. As such, you can be assured that we work ethically and are viewed as such by our client schools. You will find our adverts on the TES website as schools advertise directly with us.

Please contact Kimberley Brown in the Vision office in Leicester for further details.
