The Aurora Group is an innovative provider of education and care for children, young people and adults with special educational needs and disabilities. We are currently looking for a Night Support Worker to join Orchard Manor.

Orchard Manor provides education, care and therapeutic support for children and young people age 6-19 years with severe and profound communication difficulties associated with conditions like cerebral palsy, autism, brain injury and degenerative disorders. We have one aim; to empower children and young people to develop and grow in their own unique and inspiring way.

The site is currently undergoing significant redevelopment that will provide contemporary living and learning environments for young people with complex needs.  Located in 16-acres of grounds in the village of Meldreth, our school provides a wonderful working environment, supportive and friendly teams and training – all of which offers a fantastic and rewarding career opportunity for those wanting to make a real difference to others.
