About the role
We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic individual to join our team at Rawmarsh Community School. The role is to assist in leading and managing the provision of special educational needs learning support to ensure high quality teaching, effective use of resources and high standards of learning and achievement for all students.
Main duties include assisting the SENDCO in leading the provision within the school, liaising with relevant outside agencies to ensure the SEND needs of individual pupils are met effectively, ensuring the SEN register is kept accurate and up to date and to monitor the day to day management of the learning support work areas therefore creating a safe and effective environment for the teaching and learning of learning support.
