About the Role and You
Contract Type: Full-time, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, term time only
Salary: Dependent on experience
Start Date: September 2025
We are looking for someone who has:
- A Level 3 qualification in childcare and education.
- A passion for working with children and promoting their holistic development.
- Up-to-date knowledge of EYFS.
- Outstanding communication.
- A friendly and helpful manner.
And someone who has the ability to:
- Plan fun and engaging activities.
- Observe each child’s individual needs.
- Monitor and record children's progress.
- Assist children with personal care.
- Be prepared to serve food and drinks for the children and encourage good nutrition and sociable eating.
- Work closely with team members and provide a stimulating room.

Wellesley Haddon Dene School is a leading independent, co-educational prep school for boys and girls aged from 2 to 13 years, situated in the seaside town of Broadstairs.
