The Pointer School, a leading independent co-educational school for boys and girls aged 3-11, maintains a vibrant Christian Ethos. The school seeks a Nursery Assistant to work within its busy Nursery with children aged 3 and 4. The role involves contributing a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for children placed in the Nursery.

A level 2 or higher/equivalent childcare qualification is required. The successful applicant will be confident, articulate and able to support learning across the Early Years Foundations Stage with a commitment to raising levels of achievement.

Generous leave arrangements include all school and bank holidays. A subsidised two-course organic lunch is provided daily. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4pm.

The post will commence January 2020. Salary: £16-18k. Remuneration will reflect experience and ability.
