Hoe Bridge, an academically focused coeducational school for children aged 2 to 16, is looking to appoint a Nursery Assistant to join its busy and fun Nursery Department.
As part of the Nursery Team, you will be working with children from three years old. Our Nursery Team is made up of two teachers and three Nursery Nurses and for the majority of each morning the children work throughout the Nursery with all the staff. You are responsible to the Pre-Prep Assistant Head EYFS in the first instance and to the Head of Pre-Prep overall. You will be well-qualified and energetic with vision, purpose, warmth and humour, who works positively with colleagues and derives satisfaction from caring for and encouraging all children. An appropriate Early Years or Child Care qualification equivalent to Level 3 is preferred. Hoe Bridge staff are accountable for achieving the highest possible standards in work and conduct. They act with honesty and integrity; have strong subject knowledge, keep their knowledge and skills up to date and are self-critical, forging positive professional relationships and working with parents in the best interests of all pupils. This is a part-time role, working 8.00 am to 1.00 pm, five days a week.
