Job overview

The Bluecoat School is a primary school situated on the northern side of Stamford and is currently rated ‘Outstanding’ by OfSTED.

We are seeking to appoint an early year’s educator for our maintained nursery class, which is part of an outstanding Foundation Stage Unit. 

The successful candidate will:

• be patient, caring, creative and motivated. They will be able to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team. 

• ensure that all children have access to a vibrant learning environment and a curriculum that meets each child’s individual needs. 

• Hold a minimum qualification of Early Years Educator Level 3 (or equivalent) and  have experience of working with children are essential. 

• Have a strong knowledge of child development 0-5 years and the EYFS.
