We are seeking a Nursery/EYFS Assistant Apprentice to join our dedicated Early Years team on a full-time, fixed-term basis during term time. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards a recognised early year’s qualification. Under the guidance of experienced practitioners, you will play an important role in supporting the care, learning, and development of children aged 0–5. You will help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment in line with the EYFS framework, while developing your own skills and knowledge as part of a supportive and inspiring team.

The successful candidate will be:

·        Passionate about working with young children and eager to build a career in early years education

·        Willing to learn, take guidance, and work towards a recognised early years qualification

·        Caring, reliable, and committed to providing a safe, nurturing environment for children aged 0–5

·        A positive team player with good communication skills and a proactive attitude

·        Organised and professional, with a basic understanding of child development and safeguarding practices

Position:       Fixed term for one year, term-time only

Hours:           42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5.30 pm (1 hour for lunch)

Salary:           £14,918.80 (FTE £18,648.50) £7.55 per hour apprentice wage

Start Date:    1st September 2025
