Nursery Manager 

Circa £41K per annum

Working at our Hackney campus, you will have overall responsibility for the planning and implementation of provision designed to meet the developmental and care needs of children in the College Nursery.  You will lead, manage and work with a large team of Early Years Educators in planning and implementing programmes designed to meet the development and care needs of children in the Nursery.

You should have experience of working with under-fives and hold a minimum level 4 childcare qualification, and have at least 3 years of senior management experience. You should also have a flexible, child-centred approach to the provision of day care for children aged 18 months - 5 years, including the ability to plan and implement appropriate learning activities. You must have a good working knowledge of the EYFS and the new developments in Foundation Learning, and experience of working with external partners

You will need: 

• Real passion for working with young children and the ability to communicate with parents and families.

• Exceptional leadership skills with an ability to find and keep the best of the best in our team and drive further improvement.

• An incredible eye for detail when it comes to operations like invoicing and admissions.

• Fantastic people skills which build long-lasting trusted relationships with our current and future parents, as well as external partners

• The ability to keep accurate records to ensure full utilisation of the Nursery.
