Our Squirrels Nursery provides a warm, inspiring, and adventurous early years environment. With exceptional outdoor learning spaces, small class sizes, and specialist teaching in Music, French and PE, our Nursery is an integral part of our Pre-Prep community.
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and enthusiastic Nursery Manager to lead our Squirrels Nursery as we expand our provision from 38 weeks to 48 weeks. This is a wonderful opportunity for a passionate practitioner to join a school that values nature, creativity, early independence, and a nurturing family atmosphere at an exciting time of development.
About the role
The Nursery Manager will provide strong leadership for the nursery team, ensuring the highest standards of care, education and safeguarding. You will champion our outdoor‑led ethos, work closely with the Head of Pre‑Prep, and ensure a seamless journey for children moving through the Early Years and into Reception. You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, EYFS curriculum delivery, ISI compliance, parent partnerships, staff development, and maintaining a safe, stimulating environment indoors and outdoors.
