Job overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our 32 place nursery and develop an outstanding provision. This is a full-time, all year round permanent position. 

Nerrols Nursery opened in September 2019 and has a flourishing reputation within the local area, providing children with high quality, creative and imaginative Early Years care and education.  Our nursery cares for children aged 2-4 and is located in a purpose built nursery provision within the Early Years area of the school, with a dedicated nursery garden, mud kitchen and wildlife area.

The Nursery Manager will lead our dedicated and hardworking nursery team and will work closely with the other nurseries in the Richard Huish Trust and the Trust Nursery Development officer.

• Is passionate about enabling every child to fulfil their potential. 

• Has a strong track record of managing a nursery and delivering consistently high quality care and education. 

• Is able to motivate, inspire and lead a team. 

• Is committed to high standards. 

• Is hard working and well organised with a strong understanding of Early Years development.
