We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our thriving Nursery, supporting the Head of Pre-Prep & Nursery in the smooth running of the Nursery.
You will be involved in all aspects of the Nursery, including maintaining a safe environment, ensuring high quality care and education is provided, managing Room Leaders and Nursery Practitioners on a day-to day basis and parent/carer liaison.
To be successful in this role you will have relevant qualifications coupled with a genuine passion for working in early years, and demonstrable experience of working in Nurseries and experience of leading and managing a team. In addition, you will be a team player with a positive “can do” attitude, flexible approach, and excellent interpersonal skills.
