Nursery Manager

We are looking for an outstanding Nursery Manager to join  Abbotsford Preparatory School in Urmston, Manchester to work all year round.

Abbotsford, founded in 1908, is a highly regarded, thriving independent co-educational day school with approximately 190 pupils aged from 4 months to 11 years.  Our setting provides the ideal setting for creating a secure and happy atmosphere, which encourages each child to develop their gifts and unlock their potential.  Our pupils benefit from a broad and varied curriculum and the quality of the teaching leads to excellent academic achievement with outstanding results for children transitioning from Year Six into their secondary schools of first choice.  

About you:

You will be an experienced Nursery Manager who is outstanding in the classroom.  Understanding that these are the crucial years and helping our pupils to gain the very best levels possible. Our classes are small and we aim for our pupils to leave us as confident, happy, articulate and enthusiastic individuals.  You will provide professional leadership and management of the nursery.  To effectively manage the day-to-day running of the nursery and to deliver the highest standards of care and education.
