Set in beautiful woodlands in the village of Sunninghill, near Ascot, The Marist School is a leading independent Catholic day school for girls aged 2 to 18. The Marist employs over 130 members of staff and we are proud to be a diverse community that fosters a family spirit across the school. The Marist enjoyed a hugely successful ISI inspection in December 2021 and was graded ‘Excellent’ in all areas.

We believe that education is much more than the acquisition of knowledge; it is about the development of character and curiosity in a vibrant learning environment and we are looking for a passionate and ambitious Nursery Manager, that can join us in delivering our vision of excellence. This is a permanent, full time, all year-round role. Our Nursery is a vibrant department within our school with an excellent team of practitioners. You will work closely with the Head of Prep and the Director of Studies in the Prep phase.

The successful candidate will lead the team to deliver and maintain excellent early years education and care. You will have experience and excellent knowledge of EYFS and statutory welfare requirements as well as strong communication skills to build positive relationships with parents and the wider community. You will need good people management skills to inspire and motivate your team.
