Smart Teachers is recruiting for a compassionate Nursery Nurse to work with a creative EYFS class at a ‘Good’ school in Clapham Junction, Wandsworth.  The school aims to provide the highest quality care and education for all children, thereby giving them a strong foundation for their future learning. The selected Nursery Nurse will able to work on initiative and also have the ability to create a safe and happy learning environment, which encourages children to become confident and independent. Starting from February the successful Nursery Nurse will join the school on a full time long term contract until the end of the academic year.

In order to be considered for this role, the Nursery Nurse will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum 1 years’ solid experience working within a childcare setting
  • Hold a Level 3 Nursery Nurse qualification
  • Good written and verbal skills
  • Have proven experience supporting in a UK classroom
  • Eligible to work in the UK (must have valid visa)
  • Recent classroom-based references and valid DBS/police checks
