About the Role

The Nursery Practitioner will play a key role in supporting the learning, development, and wellbeing of children within our Nursery. You will help create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment in line with the EYFS framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting children’s learning through purposeful play and planned activities

  • Assisting with planning and delivering the EYFS curriculum

  • Observing, assessing, and recording children’s progress

  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and communicating effectively with parents

Who we're looking for

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent)

  • Experience working with young children in an Early Years setting

  • A genuine passion for early childhood development

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
