Nursery Room Manager (Maternity Cover)

Lancing College is seeking to appoint an experienced Nursery Room Manager (Maternity Cover) for a fixed contract initially of 3 months, which may be extended.  

The successful candidate will have experience leading a room within a nursery setting, proven leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively and supportively with colleagues.

 You will have impeccable interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues of all levels of seniority, and able to build working relationships to ensure common goals can be achieved.
