South Acton is a busy nursery school and children’s centre serving a diverse community. Our provision includes a 0-2 room, two mainstream nursery classes with children aged 2-4 years, two specialist SEND units and a specialist ICAN provision. We place the child at the centre of everything we do, operating a child led curriculum based on first hand experiences. We offer excellent CPD, a creative learning environment, a friendly proactive staff and amazing children and families.
We are looking for a fully qualified teacher who is highly motivated, enthusiastic and has a passion for Early Years to work in our mainstream nursery.
• To directly deliver outstanding teaching and learning in the early years foundation stage within one of the classrooms.
• To work within a team of Nursery staff including, teachers, nursery nurses and teaching assistants.
• To contribute to the reduction of inequalities by helping children achieve excellent academic results and lifelong learning outcomes.
