Salary Range M1 – M6 Inner London Scale, UPS 1-3

Donnington Primary School is a popular and successful one-form entry school with a part-time nursery and an attached playgroup, where our children and families come from a diversity of backgrounds.

Nursery pupils, aged 3-4 year, attend 9am to 12 noon, Monday to Friday. You will work in the nursery school in the morning. In the afternoon, you will cover PPA in Reception and Years 1 and 2.

We are seeking to appoint a nursery teacher from September 2024, who is dynamic, innovative and inspirational. You will be enthusiastic and hardworking. You will also:-

·  Have high expectations of behaviour for learning and evidence of consistently outstanding practice

·  Be committed to developing the whole child, raising standards and working in partnership with parents and the wider community

·  Understand the importance of nurturing all young learners

·  Will work in partnership with all colleagues to continue to build on the success of the school

·  Have strong experience of EYFS and KS1 teaching

·  Be flexible and able to adapt to the changing needs of pupils, their families and the school
