Vision for Education, (the supply arm of TES and leading educational recruitment specialists) are looking to recruit a Level 3 (or above) Teaching Assistant/Nursery Nurse to work part-time in their Nursery class.
The position will commence after the Easter holidays for the successful applicant and will continue until the end of the academic year. This is a great opportunity to work in a “Good” School (Ofsted 2016) which offers a friendly and welcoming atmosphere to work within.
Person Specification:
- Must be level 3 qualified in teaching and learning in schools or equivalent
- Have recent experience working within an Early Years setting
- Confident knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and capable of assessing pupil progression
- Proven track record as a Key Worker and able to communicate effectively with a range of adults; senior leaders, outside agencies, teaching and support staff, parents etc
- DBS on the update service is advantageous, but full assistance provided if a new application is required
