Woodfield Nursery is looking to appoint a motivated and highly driven Nursery Teaching Assistant to join our outstanding team. Woodfield Nursery is a high-quality Early Years provision supporting children from 2-4 years old.

Candidates should have an NVQ2 in Childcare or equivalent plus a good understanding of child development and early language acquisition. They must be a good team player who is willing to work within a research led, reflective nursery with the child at the heart of the practice.

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Have experience within a nursery provision, with a working knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
  • Can build relationships and nurture pupils to enable positive educational outcomes.
  • Good subject knowledge, particularly in English and Maths
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in and/or passionate about working with pupils with SEND
