Wargrave House School is part of the newly named Remarkable Group; we have been established for over 50 years, providing the highest quality services for autistic children and young adults. We are at an exciting time in our organisation’s development as we move towards a new group structure.

We are looking to appoint an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support the Occupational Therapists in delivering clinical and functional interventions for students aged 5 – 25 who have motor, perceptual or sensory differences. You will also support the smooth running of the Therapy service by assisting with the organisation, setting up and reviewing of specialist equipment / sessions, management and preparation of therapy resources and supporting audit and service development.

Whilst working at Remarkable you will also be undertaking an apprenticeship to become a qualified Occupational Therapist. The course is Occupational Therapy BSc(Hons) and will take 3 years to complete. This will involve a day release once a week to attend the University of Huddersfield.
