An exciting opportunity has arisen for a well organised, ambitious and highly motivated and solution focused person to join our school as an Office Administration Manager. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the school office, ensuring an excellent service for parents, staff and the wider community. You will be highly organised, have strong computer skills and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others. An eye for detail and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines are essential and experience of school MIS systems would be an advantage.

The successful candidate will be:

 

·        responsible for leading and developing support services at the school and ensuring that appropriate support for teaching and learning is in place.

·        responsible for administration management, premises management, health and safety, risk management, payroll and ICT along with HR and Financial controls at school level.

·        lead and manage administrative and premises staff.

Haberdashers' Slade Green Primary is a two-form entry primary school, part of the Haberdashers’  Crayford cluster.

The Haberdashers’ Trust South is a trust of academies that has been educating children in South London since 1876. The Crayford cluster provides schooling for children aged 3-18 with over 1600 children in three schools: Crayford Academy (secondary), Crayford Primary and Slade Green Primary.
