Job overview
The Vale Academy have a great opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our Administrative team. We are seeking to appoint a vibrant and organised member of staff to work with the Headteacher, staff, parents and pupils to ensure the office provides an efficient service. The successful candidate will be responsible for pupil admissions, arranging tours, providing first aid, supporting and maintaining the library.
The successful candidate will:
- Have demonstrable experience of the management and use of IT
- Have demonstrable experience of carrying out administrative and organisational functions
- Be able to use all office and database packages
- Be able to plan and organise workloads
- Be able to develop good working relationships with others and have good communication skills
- Have the ability to work on your own initiative and have good attention to detail
Job Specifics:
- Start Date: 3rd September 2018
- Salary: L2:15 £15,263 (Pro rata)
- Hours: 8:15am – 4pm, 36.25 hrs p/wk, Monday – Friday, Term-time only
