About the role 

 

We are recruiting an Office manager to provide professional, efficient and confidential administrative and technical support within Thrybergh Primary School. The role covers a broad range of work which encompasses a variety of reception and administrative tasks. We require someone who has a friendly, professional, calm and courteous manner with a pleasant and helpful attitude. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a commitment to working in an environment which has the progress, safety and wellbeing of pupils at its core is essential. You must be able to work independently and work well as a team with all other members of staff under the direction of the Headteacher. You will be responsible for collating assessment data for DFE returns and upkeeping staff records in line with Government guidance. Experience using Bromcom and Single Central Register would be advantageous however full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
