The Governors wish to appoint a conscientious, reliable and experienced professional to provide efficient office management to our administration team. The successful candidate will join a friendly, enthusiastic, committed and supportive team. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the school office and providing administrative support for the Senior Leadership Team. The successful candidate will be an efficient, organised and experienced administrator. They will have a good working knowledge of Excel and Word; a knowledge of SIMS would be an advantage. This position would suit someone who has high personal standards and the ability to motivate others to sustain those standards. They will have excellent interpersonal skills, have the ability to use their own initiative and to work as part of a team.
Hours of work will be 36 hours per week (8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday) for 43 weeks per year.
