Job overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to lead our school office.  The school would like to appoint somebody who understands the challenges of working within a busy school office.  Park Hill Junior School is a popular three form entry school, situated in a central area of Croydon. 

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous management / supervisory experience

• Experience of carrying out staff appraisals and disciplinary issues

• Knowledgeable about recruitment and staff motivation

• Excellent communication skills 

• Be resilient, flexible and demonstrate an ability to work well under pressure

• Be methodical, well organised and accurate

• Manage time effectively 

• Professionally communicate with both internal and external stakeholders

• Work collaboratively and supportively with colleagues within the MAT

• Work as an effective member of a team

About Park Hill Junior School

 Working within the Park Hill Family 

Our School comprises a three form entry Junior Mixed School to accommodate approximately 360 children, aged between 7 and 11 years. PHJS became an academy and joined the Folio Trust in April 2017; the advantages and benefits of being part of a forward thinking MAT are being realised with time and offers career potential across the Trust.

Wrap around care is provided before and after school (8am-6pm) for children from the Junior and neighbouring Infant school.
