An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our office team at Chestnuts Primary School

We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to help warmly welcome our community to the school, take a lead on management information and other school systems, and provide support to the SLT.

We are looking for someone who:

Is a team player and is keen to work in partnership with the whole school community.

Is enthusiastic about what their role can do to support the whole school community, and ultimately improve the learning outcomes of the children who attend.

Has experience of, and can lead on the implementation of record keeping and information management systems

Can plan, develop and organise support service systems, procedures and policies

Can deal with complex complaints on behalf of the management team

Can analyse and evaluate data/information and produce reports on important trends

Can liaise with education attendance officers, child protection officers and others to support on pupil attendance and safeguarding

Ensures completion of all statutory returns

Undertakes research on behalf of the Headteacher and management team, to inform decision-making

Can co-ordinate/support the development of the website

Chestnuts Primary school is an over subscribed 2 form entry primary school serving a diverse community. We have committed staff, wonderful children and a very supportive community.
