Hartley Primary Academy has a rare and truly exciting opportunity to appoint an experienced, efficient and personable as Office Manager who will join us in May 2019.  This is a unique opportunity to join and be part of a highly successful and outstanding primary school serving a mixed community which has retained its rural roots.  The role of the Office Manager is a busy one; there is always plenty to so we need an individual who can turn their hand to all requirements, and who can be flexible with day to day duties.  The main purpose of this role is to ensure the effective operation of all aspects of the main office, receptions, and to proactively support the development of a dynamic learning community through effective delivery of administrative services to meet the needs of every stakeholder.  Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and will manage the smooth day to day running of the administration process across the academy.  You will be responsible for a small team and therefore previous supervisory experience is essential, along with exceptional organisation skills. 

The working basis of this role is 37 hours per week during Term Time plus 1 additional week during inset. The remuneration offered is between £22,510 - £25,612 (full-time equivalent) with a pro-rata salary of £18,995 - £21,613 per annum, based on experience.
