Hatcham College is seeking to appoint a new Office Manager to lead our capable team of administrators and receptionists. Hatcham College is the founding school of Haberdashers’ Trust South, that is made up of 4 secondary schools and 5 primary schools, in South-East London.

This is an exciting dynamic role where every day is different. Staff work hard because they know what they do fundamentally shapes young people’s lives. This role is crucial to the smooth running of our school and we want to hear from people who have the skills and qualities to help us in delivering an excellent education to all our young people. This role involves working with students, staff, families and other stakeholders. It would suit someone who is interested in events management, marketing, operations and administration.

Staff at all stages of their career are supported by professional development opportunities. This role would suit an experienced colleague, or someone new to leading and managing others. There are experienced post-holders within the administrative team and wider College to provide support and coaching.

 Hatcham College is a multi-site school with Key Stage 3 and KS4 and 5 housed separately. We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly-skilled practitioner to provide support to both students and staff.

The Office Manager is responsible for the daily management, administration and delivery of all operations in the school/site in order to ensure that they are accomplished in an effective and efficient manner and within policy/procedural guidelines.
