(actual salary for hours and weeks worked: £14,758 to £18,350 per annum)

The Bluecoat School is a primary school with a nursery class situated on the northern side of Stamford and is currently rated ‘Outstanding’ by OfSTED.

This is an exciting time to join the school as it converts to an academy and joins Cambridge Meridian Academies Trust (CMAT) on 1 January 2021.

We are looking to appoint an innovative, hardworking and enthusiastic Office Manager to contribute to the administration of the school and its day to day efficiency ensuring children are at the heart of all decisions.

The successful candidate will be able to maintain and manage HR, Finance and School Office related functions, documents, processes, reporting and be able to build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels. Supported by the CMAT core team they will ensure that HR and Finance processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Therefore, experience in these two areas will be an advantage. In addition, the post holder will manage the School Office and Reception.
