The post is 30 hours per week, term time plus 5 INSET days - Monday to Friday

St Mary's Primary school is a part of the Midsomer Norton Schools Partnership.  We are seeking to appoint a highly skilled and motivated Office Manager to join our very friendly School Team.  This is an important role to manage the smooth running of the school office and offer high quality support to the Executive Headteacher and School Business Manager.  If you are ambitious and creative, with a thirst to learn, we would like you to be a part of our continued success.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and time management skills and be expected to multi-task.  Experience of  invoice processing, credit card and payroll reconciliation and raising purchase orders would be beneficial, but not essential as training can be given.  Serving the school community will be your ambition, drive and talent.   This exciting and interesting post requires you to be resilient, innovative and resourceful.   You should be competent at using a range of IT packages and be able to work under pressure while maintaining a calm and professional manner at all times.  A knowledge of SIMS and Google Drive would be beneficial, but not essential.
