Join the RGS Prep Front Office team as our Office Manager and become the first point of contact for all visitors, parents and pupils. You will be a highly organised individual with a warm, friendly manner and a desire to help others.
Excellent computer skills are essential, as is the ability to troubleshoot and problem solve. The Office Manager will also support the Director of Music with planning, communication and billing of private music lessons.
Key responsibilities include:
- Line manage the front office staff
- Provide secretarial support to teaching staff
- Provide administrative support to school trip leaders, organise trip phones, parent letters and consent forms
- Organise Parents’ Evenings
- Provide first aid to pupils and staff
- Prepare parent bills for: instrument hire, music exams, music clubs
- Compile Visiting Music Teacher (VMT) music lesson frameworks
- Manage requests to start instrument lessons, notice lists and waiting lists
- Create music department comms to parents
