We are looking to appoint an experienced office manager to organise and coordinate our school’s digital support services. The candidate will need to be hardworking and dedicated in ensuring an excellent level of service is provided to both staff and teachers. We are looking for an individual who not only has the knowledge and skills to undertake this role but someone who truly embodies the school’s vision and core values.
The post holder will have overall responsibility for managing the help desk ticketing system, handling all aspects of digital support and will need to be proactive in prioritising their own and their team’s workload and outputs. The individual in this position will need to have excellent inter-personal skills and be able to communicate clearly and sensitively with stakeholders and work well within a team.
A key element of the role will be to work alongside the School Business Manager by supporting and adding value to the school’s development plan. We are looking for a forward thinker and for someone who leads by example.
