About Us
Woolmore is a 3FE primary school in Poplar. In September 2022 Ofsted said, ‘Togetherness is a word that sums up Woolmore’ and graded us Outstanding. We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled professional to join our dedicated and welcoming Woolmore Team.
An effective school office is essential to the success of our school underpinning and offering support to many aspects of school life. You will lead the administration team in offering an outstanding service both within and beyond Woolmore.
The role will have oversight and responsibility for all aspects of the school office. Specific responsibilities will include pupil admissions, financial procurement, pupil data and RM Integris.
About You
· You are an enthusiastic professional who can manage a team and lead through example,
strong relationships, our school values and excellent communication.
· You have high expectations of yourself and others, excellent organisational skills and a
strong eye for detail.
· You have previous experience in a school administration role and of managing others.
· You are calm and you can thrive in a busy environment where two days are rarely the
same and where you will need to work as a team to ensure all children at Woolmore achieve
success.
