It is important that we equip students with the attitude, skills and abilities to cope with a rapidly changing world. The school invests heavily in its pastoral care and support to enable all students to fully engage with their learning, gain the wider experiences and skills to become confident, happy and successful young adults in the future.

• Provide support for staff in the management of disruptive learners in line with the school’s behaviour policy.

• Collate and analyse behaviour referrals for daily reporting to key staff.

• Contribute to the work of the Student Support Team in providing pastoral care and guidance for the young people at Parkside.
