St Wilfrid’s Academy are looking to appoint a One-to-One Science Tutor to join our academy in February 2022 on a casual basis for hours as and when required. The role will involve delivering tuition to identified students, in small groups or on a one-to-one basis.
The salary is £20 per hour for UQT (Unqualified Teacher Status) and £29 per hour for QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
St Wilfrid’s Academy is an all-through (KS2-4) alternative provision that provides full and part-time education and support for children and young people who, for a variety of reasons, are unable to access mainstream curriculum education and require a bespoke package. Our educational offer combines a core curriculum with a range of vocational packages to support students successfully into post-16 pathways. Alongside our academic offer, we also provide a range of therapeutic interventions to aid students with their emotional and mental wellbeing.
