GLF Schools is actively seeking an enthusiastic IT technician to join our regional team, based at one of our Outstanding, Ofsted rated secondary schools in Epsom.
The successful candidate will work as part of a busy team providing first and second line support. You will be working closely with the Lead Engineer to help provide solutions to issues affecting all aspects of IT within our schools.
The varied nature of this role requires an intelligent and enthusiastic person who has the ability to work logically, investigate issues and work with the wider team to resolve.
This is a varied role, which offers a unique opportunity for career development within the IT department across the trust.
A friendly and professional manner is vital as this is a customer focused role where you will act as an advocate to the solutions and services provided by GLF Schools.
The role will suit IT/Computing A Level/BTEC Level 3 or higher graduates, as well as existing IT professionals in a similar role. GLF Schools would also consider appointing in to this role as a level 6 apprentice for the right candidate.
Working hours are 36 hours per week, 52 weeks with 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays
Salary: £18,968 - £22,125
