Operations Assistant and Events Coordinator

We are seeking to appoint an individual with a high level of initiative, and excellent organisational skills to take on responsibility for some key operational areas of the School. The post-holder will manage the day to day operation of the Joint Bus Service, make all logistical arrangements for school trips, administer the School’s external lettings and events programme and manage school uniform procurement with designated suppliers.
The ability to be pro-active, work independently and forge strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders is essential.
