Ark has Operations Manager positions available across a number of the Birmingham Schools. We have vacancies across Birmingham following changes designed to make the region ready for ongoing growth. 

This is a position to work in a single school and provide strategic and operational leadership and management of all aspects of HR, ICT, community usage, catering, administration and premises management within an Academy. 

Support is available from the regional team with Finance, HR, Estates and Projects. This is an exciting time to join the network with whilst regionalisation takes place to help achieve our goal in creating excellent schools. This is an opportunity to join one of Ark’s thriving hub of primary and secondary schools in Birmingham.

The Operations Manager will provide the overall operational management for all aspects of operations support in the Academy and line manage the schools’ office and premises teams effectively and efficiently in order to achieve the educational aims of the academy. 

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in a committed staff team and make a real impact on the outcomes of our pupils.
