Band 13, Scale points 61 - 65

£43,244 - £47,534 per annum

37 hours – 52 weeks (all year round)

Required from Easter 2023 or as soon as possible

We are seeking to appoint an exceptional leader as Operations Manager to support our students and staff. Tupton Hall is an 11-18 mixed comprehensive school striving to become outstanding in the near future. There are 1550 students on roll including 315 in the Sixth Form.  

The successful candidate will:

• Be able to act as a strategic senior leader
• Lead on HR and Health and Safety across the school
• Lead high quality resourcing, excelling in financial management and security
• Lead all support staff

Tupton Hall School is part of Redhill Academy Trust.
