About the role:
In order to help us achieve our vision for success, we are looking for a Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will provide the overall strategic and operational leadership and management for all aspects of HR, ICT, community usage, administration and operations support in the academy.
Our leadership team is approachable, friendly and always available to help. We have fostered a supportive and collaborative infrastructure that will ensure your career progression is nurtured every step of the way.

Life at our School:
Ark Byron Primary Academy is a two-form entry primary school that opened in September 2015 and currently has 420 pupils across seven-year groups from Reception to Year 6.
Our community is already very strong, and we are fortunate to have an extremely committed and supportive parent body. The diversity of our student body is a source of pride to us, celebrating all backgrounds and cultures.

Ark Byron Primary Academy is a co-educational free school located in Ealing, West London. This is an exciting time for Ark Byron, as we will be moving to a brand new building in early 2018.

Curriculum
Ark Byron Primary Academy is committed to providing a curriculum that inspires and excites our pupils to achieve excellence and motivates them to succeed. We seek to ensure that pupils develop solid skills in English and maths, with these lessons run for every child every day. Teachers aim for pupils have a strong grounding in foundation subjects before they start to expand their interest into other areas.
